Our second breath
Sinks in to our chest
At last – for a moment all are
young again

From dawn – until dusk
We feel the rush
Of a lust long thought to be faded

But the sun sets in
Shadows stretch across earths skin
And at once we again feel age’ed

What can you say?
If what needs paid
Gets paid
What’s right
Isn’t what’s right
When they’re addicted
- to the life
Of the blood
Of the knife
Of powdered candy
Of blood slicked
With bad suger

But I’ve seen it
We feel it – everyday
That’s why I’m gone
Why he’s going strong
That’s why there’s nothing left to say
Why nothing more can be done

For the words we speak arnt always steady
But the pen is always ready
And my tounge may be sharp and deadly
But the ink always flows out gently

For our hearts do scream and ache
These tears and crys proof that we brake
But never do they find the purpose
For the braking and the hurting
Only the words written down
Can be louder then the sounds

So the truth may come out through
What we say
Or what we do
For the time has come to sound
The truth of what life is now
What the world had put us through
The only one who can tell the truth
Of what we’ve lived is me and you

It stabs in deep

For the dark
Arnt quit the same

Holds daggers

Its the face of an angel
Painted delicate and fine
If not for the colors
That make one eye seem blind
The purple, the plum
The reds and the scars
Finger painted in color
Reflecting the dark

Its a stained glass window
Painted with care
But coated in poison
Never to be touched
But death, if you dare
The colors, they cover
Skin of pure white
His poison is so toxic
As she fades in the night

When all seemed lost
I could fight with out coast
For lossing it all seemed not a high price

But then we found this place
A ray of light in space
A true sight – for these eyes

For this world was ours
As we chris-cross the stars
After our old souls death -we found life

Whispered sorrows
Of lost tomorrow’s
Dancing in waters
Of dreams that are imbedded in the marrow

These lost hopes
Could perhaps choke
What was ment to be
But on bitter notes – we fell to shattered bits … any way
